Alle Garvorgänge erfolgen OHNE Aufheizen des Backofens.
GAREN: ROTES FLEISCH:
- Lamm - Rücken
- Lamm - Keule
- Rinderbraten, gerade gar
- Rinderbraten, blutig
Das Garen erfolgt anhand des TURBO-GRILLS.
Sie müssen das Fleisch auf den Rost der Einheit: Rost + Fettpfanne
(ohne Benutzung eines Kochgefäßes) legen. Sie können das Fleisch nach
halber Garzeit umdrehen.
BACKEN: TORTEN / OBSTKUCHEN:
Wahl des Materials der Backform:
Aluminium: Formen mit Antihaftfarben, biegsame, für feuchten Teig (Speck-
oder Obstkuchen) gut geeignete Formen aus Silikon.
GAREN: TERRINEN:
Die Terrine ins Wasserbad stellen (in einen bis zur Hälfte mit kochen-
dem Wasser gefüllten Behälter, der größer als die Terrine sein muss).
ZUSÄTZLICHE HINWEISE FINDEN SIE AUF DER RÜCKSEITE DER
KOCHFÜHRER-SEITE.
