Réglage Résistance supérieure + Chaleur tournante
La chaleur générée par la résistance supérieure est répartie par le ventilateur. Ce mode
s’utilise pour griller de la viande, du poisson, de la volaille et des légumes. Il n’est pas
nécessaire de tourner les aliments qui obtiendront néanmoins une texture croustillante.
Pour griller des aliments, la grille ou la lèchefrite
est normalement insérée au niveau 4.
* Réglage des températures : 40 - 250 °C
*Veuillez vérifi er que les plats en verre supportent une température de cuisson comprise entre
40 et 250 °C.
Guide de cuisson
Utilisez les températures et les durées de cuisson spécifi ées dans ce tableau à titre de
référence. Réglez la température du gril sur 220 °C et préchauffez pendant 5 minutes.
