HETE LUCHT
De rondom-verwarmer en de ventilator zijn in werking. De
ventilator bevindt zich in de achterwand en zorgt voor een
constante circulatie van hete lucht rondom het braadstuk
of gebak.

Vlees braden:
Gebruik een geëmailleerde, gehard glazen, aarden of
gietijzeren pan of bak. Roestvrij stalen platen zijn niet
geschikt, omdat ze hitte sterk weerkaatsen.
Zorg voor voldoende vloeistof tijdens het kookproces om
verbranding van het vlees te voorkomen. Draai het vlees
tijdens het braden. Het vlees blijft sappiger door het af te
dekken.
