Bakken van gebak
Voorverwarming wordt aanbevolen.
Biskwie en koekjes worden gebakken in ondiepe bakplaten op verschillende niveaus tegelijk (2e en 3e).
Let op dat de baktijd kan verschillen, zelfs indien de gebruikte bakplaten hetzelfde zijn. De koekjes in de bovenste
bakplaat kunnen sneller klaar zijn dan in de onderste.
Plaats de bakplaten op het rooster. Als u gebruik maakt van de bijgeleverde bakplaat, verwijder dan het rooster.
Zorg er voor gelijkmatig opbruinen voor dat de koekjes van dezelfde dikte zijn.
