Problemen met aansluiten oplossen
Je krijgt de foutmelding ’Fout 11: Geen verbinding met modem’.
Oorzaak Oplossingen
De communicatie tussen je
tv‑ontvanger en de Experia Box
verloopt niet goed.
Controleer of alle kabels tussen de Experia Box en je tv‑ontvanger juist zijn aangesloten.
Zie ‘Apparatuur correct herstarten’ (zie bijlage F).
Je krijgt de foutmelding ‘Fout 12: Geen verbinding met het netwerk’.
Oorzaak Oplossingen
Je tv‑ontvanger krijgt geen
correct IP‑adres.
Krijg je deze foutcode tijdens het activeren van je tv‑ontvanger? Controleer dan de
ingangsdatum van je abonnement. Deze kun je terugvinden in de bevestigingsbrief.
Controleer of de ethernetkabel in de juiste poort van de Experia Box zit. Als je een
Draadloze Verbindingsset gebruikt of deze verbinding heeft. Controleer of alle kabels
tussen de Experia Box en je tv‑ontvanger juist zijn aangesloten.
Zie ‘Apparatuur correct herstarten’ (zie bijlage F).
Blijven de problemen bestaan, bel dan onze Klantenservice.
Je krijgt de foutmelding ’Fout 14: Ophalen software is mislukt’.
Oorzaken Oplossingen
De opstartserver kan niet
ge vonden worden.
Zie ‘Apparatuur correct herstarten’ (zie bijlage F).
Je hebt apparatuur op je modem
aangesloten met DHCP‑server‑
functionali teit, die ver storend
werkt op je tv‑ontvanger.
Kijk in de handleiding van betreffende leverancier om de DHCP‑serverfunctionaliteit van
het apparaat uit te zetten. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld een eigen server zijn, een WLAN (Wi‑Fi)
repeater of een ander apparaat. Start daarna je Experia Box en je tv‑ontvanger opnieuw
op, zie ‘Apparatuur correct herstarten’ (zie bijlage F).
Blijven de problemen bestaan, bel dan onze Klantenservice.
