Have the following checked:
- that the thermostat terminals are powered;
- the thermostat thermal safety;
- the heating parts of the heating element.
If the water comes out cold
If the water comes out boiling hot (steam in the taps)

The user is responsible for the disposal of the product at the end of its life at an appropriate waste disposal centre.
The waste disposal centre (using special treatment and recycling processes effectively dismantles and disposes of the appliance) helps
to protect the environment by recycling the material from which the product is made.

purchased.

In the event of an abnormal overheating of the water, a thermal safety switch in compliance with CEI-EN norms cuts
off the electrical circuit on both the power supply phases of the heating element; in this case, call the After-sales
service centre for assistance.
Have the following checked:
- the pressure of the water mains;
- he condition of the hot water inlet pipe;
- the electrical components.
Disconnect the appliance from the electricity supply and have the following checked:
- the setting and correct operation of the thermostat;
- the amount of limescale build-up in the tank and on the components.
