Ingredientes:
200 gr. de salmón en cubos (sin piel ni espinas)
100 g de hojuelas de maíz (cornaques)
1 - 2 huevo(s)
75 g de harina
zumo de limón
sal y pimienta
1 - 2 cucharadas de aceite de girasol / o aceite de oliva u otro aceite
vegetal
Primero, cortar el lete de salmón en bocados de unos 3 x 3 cm y sazonar con
zumo de limón, sal y pimienta. Poner la harina en un plato hondo. Luego, bar
los huevos en un plato. Por úlmo, preparar otro plato con las hojuelas de maíz
desmenuzadas. A connuación rebozar los trozos de salmón primero en la harina,
luego en el huevo y nalmente cubrirlos completamente con las hojuelas de maíz
desmenuzadas. A connuación, hornee los trozos de salmón rebozados en la
freidora Arendo con una cucharadita de aceite a 190 °C durante unos 6-8 minutos
hasta que estén crujientes y sirva .
