Groente met gestoofde zalmlet
INGREDIËNTEN
BEREIDING
Porties:

Bereidingstijd:
15-30 minuten
1 teentje knoook
Stukje gemberwortel
2 eetlepels olie
400 gram roerbakgroente zoals
Maak de knoook schoon en snijd het klein. Schil het stukje gember en rasp het.
Verwarm de olie in een wok en fruit hierin de knoook en de gember tot het gaat
geuren. Voeg de roerbakgroente toe en laat de groente heet worden. Bestrooi de
zalm met peper en weinig zout. Maak de groente op smaak met peper en de vissaus
en voeg de sherry toe. Schuif de groente een beetje aan de kant en leg de vis er in.
Stoof de vis in ca. 8 minuten gaar.
