8. Slide pusher (metal shaft end first) into round opening in
front panel of mixing bowl. Push all the way in rotating if
necessary until it sets in place.
9. Select a die and place it in a cup of HOT
water with one
teaspoon of cooking oil added for a few moments. Remove
the die from hot water, spray with Pam or apply cooking
oil to the die and place selected die on end of pusher.
Rotate until it sets in place. For best results, mount die
cut-outs in horizontal position for egg noodles, fettuccini,
and pretzels/breadsticks as shown

10. Screw die holder over die. Tighten with die holder wrench
if necessary. Front die holder must be flush with front
surface.

1. When measuring flour, spoon into cup and level with spatula. Do not pack.
2. Have eggs at room temperature.
3. Excess pasta or dough can be stored in a plastic bag and placed in a refrigerator for up
to 24 hours or freezer for up to one month.
4. All recipes can be halved: fill liquid to lower line of Liquid Pasta Maker cup provided.
5. Measuring cup equivalents:
One Pasta Maker flour cup = 1 ¾ standard dry measuring cups
One Pasta Maker liquid cup equals:
- Three ounces al lower level (6 tablespoons)
- Six ounces at upper level (3/4 standard liquid measuring cup).
EXTRUSTION TIPS
1. When using the Extrude/Mix Control, always turn all the way to extrude or mix position
until it stops.
2. If dough doesn’t emerge after one minute of extrusion or you hear a loud clicking
noise, dough is either too dry or too wet. Unplug from outlet. Push power switch off
and turn Extrude/Mix Control to mix position. Unscrew die holder and remove die,
