alimentos con alto contenido de grasa.

· Antes de envasar al vacío algunas frutas y verduras como manzanas, plátanos, pata-

tas y tubérculos, pélelas para que se conserven bien durante más tiempo.

· Si envasa al vacío algunas verduras como brócoli, coliﬂor y col frescas para conser-

varlas frías en el frigoríﬁco, emitirán gases por lo que debe escaldarlas y congelarlas

antes de envasarlas.

7. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO

Mantenimiento del sistema de vacío

1. Antes de limpiar la unidad, desenchúfela.

2. No la sumerja en agua ni otros líquidos.

3. No utilice productos abrasivos para limpiar la envasadora porque rayan la

superﬁcie.

4. Limpie la superﬁcie exterior de la envasadora con una esponja o paño húmedo y

jabón suave para lavar platos.

5. Para limpiar el interior de la unidad, retire con papel de cocina los restos de alimen-

tos o líquido.

6. Seque bien la envasadora antes de volver a utilizarla.

7. Con papel de cocina, retire los restos de alimentos y agua que haya dentro o alre-

dedor de los componentes.

8. SOLUCIÓN DE AVERÍAS

No ocurre nada cuando se presiona la envasadora al vacío

1. Compruebe que el cable está bien enchufado en la toma de corriente y el interruptor

está en posición “on”. Pruebe la toma de corriente enchufando en ella otro electro-

doméstico. Si este no funciona, revise los disyuntores o fusibles del hogar.

2. Revise el cable y el enchufe y compruebe que no están dañados. Si lo están,

no utilice la envasadora al vacío.

Debe secar bien el anillo hermético de esponja antes de volver a colocarlo. Vuelva a

colocarlo con cuidado para no dañarlo y colóquelo en su posición original para evitar

fugas al envasar al vacío.
