Glace au soja
Ingrédients:
2 1/2 jaunes d’oeufs
75 g sucre
1,5 dl de lait de soja
1,5 dl de crème de soja cuisine
0,5 gousse de vanille
Préparation:
Battez vigoureusement les jaunes d’oeufs avec le sucre pour
obtenir un mélange mousseux. Faites bouillir le lait de soja et
la crème soja cuisine avec la gousse de vanille fendue en 2 et
versez le mélange bouillant sur les jaunes d’oeufs battus.
Remuez pendant 5 minutes à feu doux. Bien laisser refroidir le
mélange. Versez le tout dans la sorbetière que vous ferez
tourner 35 minutes jusqu’à obtention de la consistance d’une
glace, et mettez-le ensuite environ une demi-heure au freezer.
Glace au soja et au chocolat
Ingrédients:
75 g de chocolat
75 g de sucre
cacao
4 jaunes d’oeufs
2 cuillerées à soupe de miel
0,5 l de lait de soja
Préparation:
Faites bouillir le lait de soja avec le miel et le chocolat
Battez les jaunes d’oeufs avec le sucre jusqu’à obtenir un
mélange mousseux. Versez le lait bouillant sur les jaunes
d’oeufs battus et mélangez le tout de façon homogène. Laissez
refroidir et versez dans la sorbetière. Faites tourner le mélange
dans l’appareil pendant 35 minutes environ jusqu’à obtention
de la consistance d’une glace. Après sa confection dans la
sorbetière, mettez la glace environ une demi-heure au freezer.
Saupoudrez de cacao avant de servir.
