Opskrifter til automatisk tilberedning

1. Læg grøntsager, smør og krydderier i
ildfast fad, og bland godt. Tilbered i 2-6
min. ved 900 W afhængig af vægt.
2. Skyl fisken, dup den tør, og dryp med
citronsaft og salt.
3. Bland cremefraichen med grønsagerne, og
krydr igen.
4. Kom halvdelen af grønsagerne i et
gratinfad. Læg fisken ovenpå, og afslut
med resten af grønsagerne.
5. Fordel goudaen ovenpå, sæt fadet
den lave rist, og tilbered med
AUTOMATISK TILBEREDNING, “Gratineret
fiskefilet”.
6. Lad det hvile i ca. 5 min. efter
tilberedning.

100 g 200 g 300 g porrer (i skiver)
20 g 40 g 60 g løg (i tynde skiver)
40 g 100 g 140 g gulerod (revet)

3. g grillspydene på risten, og tilbered på

100 g løg, skåret i kvarter
250 g tomater, skåret i kvarter
100 g grøn peber, skåret ud i otte stykker
