GROENTE 500-1000 g (groenteschotel)
U kunt kookgerei gebruiken dat hittebestendig is tot minimaal 100°C.
Ingrediënten:
400 g bloemkool
200 g worteltjes
200 g koolrabi
200 g gele en rode paprika
Voorbereiding:
Spoel de bloemkool af en snijd de bloemkool in roosjes. Schil de wortels en de koolrabi.
Snij ze in kleine stukjes. Maak de paprika schoon. Snij de aprika in reepjes. Plaats alle
groenten in een open schaal en kook zonder water toe te voegen. Voeg geen zout of krui-
den toe.

AARDAPPELGRATIN (4-5 porties)
Ingrediënten:
1000 gr. aardappelen
60 g geraspte kaas
200 ml room
200 ml melk
Zout, peper, nootmuskaat, knoflook
Voorbereiding:
Verdeel boter over een Pyrex-schaal (30 x 21 cm). Schil de aardappelen. Snij ze in plakjes
van 3 mm dik en leg ze in de schaal. Kruiden met zout, peper, nootmuskaat en knoflook.
Meng de melk en de room en giet het over de aardappels. Verdeel de geraspte kaas over
de bovenkant.

WIT BROOD 500-700 gr.
Ingrediënten:
1000 gr. meel, type 405
1 blokje verse gist of 2 pakjes droge gist
600 ml melk
•15 gr. zout
Voorbereiding:
Meel en zout in een grote kom doen. De gist oplossen in lauwwarme melk en toevoegen
aan het meel. Alle ingrediënten tot een gelijkmatig deeg kneden. Voeg indien nodig meer
