5. CONSEJOS ÚTILES
5.1 Preparación de alimentos
con el Teppan Yaki
La comida se prepara directamente en la
superficie de asado, con o sin grasa.
También puede utilizar recipientes o sar-
tenes, pero el tiempo de calentamiento
es superior al de la placa vitrocerámica o
la placa de gas.
Puede cocinar o mantener caliente
acompañamientos, como salsa o arroz,
en recipientes o sartenes. Colóquelos di-
rectamente sobre la superficie de coc-
ción.
No recomendamos hervir grandes canti-
dades en la superficie de asado, como
por ejemplo espaguetis.
Los ruidos descritos son norma-
les y no indican fallo alguno del
aparato.
No coloque utensilios de cocina
en el centro de la superficie de
cocción entre las zonas, porque
la irregularidad puede hacerlos
inestables. Si fríe en la superficie
donde se tocan las zonas puede
obtener un tueste irregular (por
ejemplo con tortitas).
