In order to prevent unauthorised individuals from reading the pass-
word, only the symbols “****“ are shown on the screen. Conrm your
entry with the ENTER key (Fig. 3/14).
3. In order to set the new password, press the ENTER key in the “Set
Password” line.
4. Enter the new password in the “New Password” line with the Nume-
ric buttons on the remote control.
5. Conrm the new password by entering it again and then pressing
the ENTER button. This is then briey conrmed by the words “Set
Password Successful“ on the screen.
Using Default Settings
Select the command “Use Default Settings/Yes“ if you would like to
return the device to the factory presets.
All settings that you have made are lost.
Screen saver
The player is able to display a still image for any time on the screen. This
can cause damage to the screen. It is therefore recommended to activate
the screen saver.
The following options are available:
On: The screen saver is activated (default setting).
O: The screen saver is deactivated.
