Moudre les grains de café
Vous pouvez régler le degré de mouture du café moulu à l'aide du bouton de réglage de mou-
ture en le tournant à droite (- = plus fin) ou à gauche (+ = plus grossier). Pour préparer du bon
café, il est essentiel de déterminer le degré de mouture adapté. D'autres facteurs (par ex. le type
de café ou la température ambiante) jouent également un certain rôle. Vous devez déterminer le
degré de mouture optimal pour vous, puisqu'il dépend de votre goût personnel. La graduation
du degré de mouture indique les plages recommandées pour certains préparations. Le degré de
mouture idéal peut cependant s'écarter de ces plages. Cela dépend de la personne préparant
le café, des goûts personnels, etc.
