penom i ostalim sastojcima.Pażljivo izmešati
kašikom.

500 g brašna,

200 ml vode,
2 kašike ulja.
Sve sastojke staviti u posudu i mešati. 6 C 60 s

3 kašike brašna (oko 450 g),
3 nepune šolje šećera
(u prahu) oko 400 g),
400 g maslaca,
9 jaja,
1 kašikica praška za pećenje.
Izmutiti maslac(normalna temp) sa šećerom
i żumancima.
U posudi mešalice utući penu od belanca
Dodati brašno, prašak i izmešati
Testo preliti u dve posude

Kolač sa
kvascem*
500 g brašna,
150 g šećera,
125g maslaca,
250 ml mleka,
30 g kvasca,
3 jaja.
Izmešati kvasac u toplom mleku sa 1 kašikom
šećera i 1 kašikom brašna, sačekati dok testo
naraste,dodati brašno, jaja,rastopljenu masnoću
i mesiti. Čekati oko 30 min dok testo ne naraste.
Peći 40 min u temp ok. 160 st C

Nadev od mesa
500 g kuvane govedine
(odvar od povrća),
2 kuvana jaja,
1 izreckan u kockice
i isprżen crveni luk,
so, biber.
Skuvati meso,izrezati u kocke duzine oko 3 cm.
Jaja podeliti na 4 četvrine.
Sve sastojke staviti u posudu miksera
i mešati(ukoliko smeša je suviše gusta dodati
odvar i izmešati).

Napomena: Testo prema ovoj recepuri je vrlo retko, nije formirano u kuglu, ne odvaja se od ruke niti zidova posude. Ne liči na tipican kolač
sa kvascom, ne może se ga formirati niti rastanjivati. Pripremajući kolač na taj način, posle izmešanja sastojaka, treba ga odmah staviti
u pripremljenu formu.Posle pećenja dobijamo ukusan, mekan kolač.
