GERECHT
De aangegeven bereidingstijden houden geen rekening met de voorverhitting. Het is aangewezen
de oven ongeveer 3-5 minuten voor te verhitten alvorens de bereiding te starten.
Draaispit
—Gebruikt u het draaispitgarnituur (afb. 7),
dan schuift u de drager in de tweede
richels van boven.
—Steek het spit zodanig door het vlees dat
dit zo goed mogelijk in evenwicht is.
— Steek de punt van het spit in de opening
in de achterwand van de ovenruimte en
leg de voorkant van het spit in de drager.
— Draai de hangreep van het spit af voor u
de deur sluit.
— Zet de ovenfunctieknop op .
Alle bereidingen doet u met
gesloten ovendeur.
