FILETES DE LINGUADO
Utensílios: Recipiente oval raso com película
aderente própria para microondas
(aprox. 26 cm de comprimento)
Ingredientes
400 g filetes de linguado
1 lio inteiro
150 g tomates
10 g manteiga
1 c/sopa óleo vegetal
1 c/sopa salsa picada
sal, pimenta
4 c/sopa vinho branco
20 g manteiga ou margarina
Sugestão: Esta receita também pode ser utilizada com
Bacalhau, Arinca, Alabote, Salmonete,
Solha.
1. Lave o peixe e seque levemente. Retire as espinhas.
2. Corte o limão e o tomate em rodelas finas.
3. Unte o recipiente com manteiga.
Coloque os filetes de peixe no recipiente e regue com
óleo vegetal.
4. Polvilhe o peixe com a salsa, coloque as rodelas de
tomate por cima e tempere. Disponha as rodelas de
limão sobre o tomate e regue com vinho branco.
5. Coloque pequenas nozes de manteiga sobre o limão,
tape e deixe cozinhar.
11-13 min. 630 W
Após a cozedura, deixe repousar durante cerca de 2
minutos.
FILETES DE PEIXE COM MOLHO DE
QUEIJO
Utensílios: Tigela com Tampa (1 l Capacidade)
Recipiente raso redondo próprio para
gratinar (aprox. 25 cm de comprimento)
Ingredientes
800 g filetes de peixe
2 c/sopa de sumo de limão
sal
10 g manteiga ou margarina
50 g cebola, picada finamente
20 g farinha
100 ml vinho branco
1 c/chá óleo vegetal para untar a recipiente
100 g queijo Emmental, ralado
2 c/sopa salsa, picada
1. Lave e seque o peixe, e regue-o com o sumo de
limão. Envolva em sal.
2. Unte o recipiente. Adicione a cebola cortada, tape e
deixe cozinhar.
1-2 min. 900 W
3. Deite a farinha sobre a cebola, acrescente o vinho
branco e mexa.
4. Coloque o peixe na forma previamente untada. Verta
o molho sobre o peixe e polvilhe com queijo.
Coloque na grelha inferior e deixe cozinhar.
7-8 min. 450 W
14-16 min. 450 W
As a cozedura, deixe repousar durante cerca de
2 minutos.
ESCALOPES DE VITELA COM
MOZARELLA
Utensílios: Prato raso oval com tampa
(aprox. 25 cm de comprimento)
Ingredientes
150 g queijo Mozzarella, em fatias
500 g tomate em lata, escorrido
4 escalopes de vitela (600 g)
20 ml de azeite
2 dentes de alho, picados
20 g alcaparras
orégãos
sal, pimenta
1. Lave, seque e bata a carne de vitela.
Coloque a carne no recipiente.
2. Reduza o tomate a puré. Adicione o alho, o óleo, o sal, a
pimenta, as alcaparras e os orégãos e deite sobre a
carne. Tape e deixe cozinhar.
15-19 min. 630 W
Vire as costeletas.
3. Coloque fatias de queijo mozzarella por cima de cada
costeleta, tempere e deixe cozinhar sem tampa na grelha
superior.
9-12 min. 630 W
Após a cozedura, deixe repousar durante cerca de 5
minutos.
