1. Spinazie en ui met elkaar vermengen en zout,
peper en nootmuskaat toevoegen.
2. Ovenschaal invetten. Om en om laagjes
aardappel, ham en spinazie in de schaal leggen.
De bovenste laag moet spinazie zijn.
3. Meng de eieren met de crème fraiche, voeg zout
en peper toe en giet over de gratin.
4. Geraspte kaas erover strooien.
5. Op het lage rek zetten en koken met
AUTOMATISCH KOOKPROGRAMMA +
GRILL 1 (A1-2) Ovenschotels.
6. Laat het gerecht na het koken 5-10 minuten staan.

2. Meng de eieren met de crème fraîche, voeg zout,
peper en knoflook toe en giet over de gratin.
3. Strooi de Goudse kaas over de gratin.
4. Strooi ten slotte de zonnebloempitten over de
ovenschotel.
5. Op het lage rek zetten en koken met
AUTOMATISCH KOOKPROGRAMMA +
GRILL 1 (A1-2) Ovenschotels.
6. Laat het gerecht na het koken 5-10 minuten staan.
VLEESSPIEZEN (A2-2)
4 stuks
400 g varkensvlees
100 g gerookt spek
100 g uien, in vieren
250 g tomaten, in vieren
100 g groene paprika, in achten
2 el olie
4 tl zoete paprikapoeder
zout
1 tl cayennepeper
1 tl worcestersauce
1. Rijg het vlees en groenten afwisselend op vier
houten spiesen.
2. Meng de olie met de kruiden en bestrijk de kebabs
hiermee.
3. Leg de kebabs op het rooster en grill op
