RECEITAS PARA O MODO AUTOMÁTICO AC-6 & AC-7
IMPORTANTE: Descongelação Automática
1. Os bifes e costeletas devem ser congelados numa única camada.
2. A carne picada deve ser congelada numa camada fina.
3. Depois de voltar os alimentos, proteja as porções já descongeladas com pedaços de folha de alunio.
4. Depois de descongelada, a carne das aves deve ser cozinhada de imediato.
5. Os bolos cobertos ou revestidos com chantily o muito sensíveis à energia de microondas. Para obter
melhores resultados, se as natas comarem a ficar líquidas, retire-as do forno imediatamente e deixe-as
repousar durante 10 a 30 minutos à temperatura ambiente.

Filetes de peixe com molho picante
0,4 kg 0,8 kg 1,2 kg
140 g 280 g 420 g tomate de conserva
(escorrido)
40 g 80 g 120 g milho
4 g 8 g 12 g molho picante
12 g 24 g 36 g cebola (finamente picada)
1 c/chá 1-2 c/chá 2 c/chá vinagre de vinho tinto,
mostarda, tomilho, pimenta
de Caiena
200 g 400 g 600 g filetes de peixe
sal
1. Misture os ingredientes para o molho.
2. Coloque os filetes de peixe temperados com sal
(ex.: filete de Redfish) num recipiente para
gratinado com as extremidades viradas para o
centro.
3. Espalhe o molho sobre os filetes.
4. Tape com pecula para micro-ondas e cozinhe no
programa COZEDURA AUTOMÁTICA (AC-6),
Filetes de peixe com Molho”.
5. Após a cozedura, deixe repousar durante cerca de
2 minutos.

160 g 320 g 480 g molho de caril já

1. Coloque os filetes de peixe num prato redondo
para gratinado com as extremidades viradas para
o centro e tempere com sal.
2. Espalhe a banana e o molho de caril já
preparado sobre os filetes.
3. Tape com pecula para micro-ondas e cozinhe no
programa COZEDURA AUTOMÁTICA (AC-6),
Filetes de peixe com Molho”.
4. Após a cozedura, deixe repousar durante cerca
de 2 minutos.
