Ingrediënten
4 visfilets (ca. 800 g)
(bijv. baars, bot of kabeljauw)
2 el citroensap
zout
1 el boter of margarine
1 ui (50 g) gesnipperd
2 el bloem (20 g)
100 ml witte wijn
1 tl plantaardige olie om de schaal in te
vetten
100 g geraspte Emmentaler
2 el gehakte peterselie
1. Vis wassen, droogdeppen en met citroensap
besprenkelen. 15 minuten laten staan, opnieuw
droogdeppen en met zout inwrijven.
2. De boter over de bodem van de schaal verdelen.
Ui in de schaal doen. Afdekken en verwarmen.
1-2 min. 900 W
3. Bloem over de ui strooien en omroeren. Witte
wijn toevoegen en goed roeren.
4. Gratinschaal invetten en de vis erin leggen. Saus
over de vis gieten en met kaas bestrooien. Op
het lage rek zetten en verwarmen.
1. 7-8 min. 450 W anschliessend
2. 14-16 min. 450 W
Na het bereiden 2 minuten laten staan.
Voor het serveren met peterselie bestrooien.

80 g macaroni
400 g tomaten uit blik, gehakt
3 uien (150 g), gesnipperd
basilicum, tijm, zout en peper
1 el olie om de schaal in te vetten
450 g courgettes, in plakjes
150 g zure room
2 eieren
100 g geraspte Cheddar
1. Water, olie en zout in de schaal doen en
afgedekt verwarmen.
3-4 min. 900 W
2. Macaroni toevoegen. Omroeren en laten weken.
9 -11 min. 270 W
Pasta afgieten en laten afkoelen.
3. Tomaat, ui en kruiden met elkaar vermengen.
Macaroni in de schaal leggen en tomatensaus
erover gieten. Plakjes courgette erover verdelen.
4. Zure room en eieren kloppen en erover gieten.
Kaas erover strooien. Op het lage rek zetten en
verwarmen.
1. 18-21 min. 900 W
2. 7-8 min. 630 W
Na het bereiden 5-10 minuten laten staan.
