6.6. LIMPIEZA
Siga algunas instrucciones básicas de mantenimiento para que su parrilla siga
teniendo el mejor aspecto y asándose durante años.
Para un flujo de aire adecuado y un mejor asado, retire la ceniza acumulada
y el carbón viejo del fondo de la cubeta y del cajón de la ceniza antes de
usarlo. Antes de hacerlo, asegúrate de que todo el carbón está completamente
apagado y la parrilla se ha enfriado.
Es posible que vea escamas “parecidas a la pintura” en el interior de la tapa.
Durante el uso, los vapores de la grasa y el humo se oxidan lentamente hasta
convertirse en carbón y se depositan en el interior de la tapa. Cepille la grasa
carbonizada del interior de la tapa con un cepillo de parrilla de acero inoxidable.
Para minimizar la acumulación, se puede limpiar el interior de la tapa con una
toalla de papel después de asar mientras la parrilla está todavía caliente.
Si su parrilla se utiliza en un entorno especialmente duro, tendrá que limpiar el
exterior con más frecuencia. La lluvia ácida, los productos químicos y el agua
salada pueden causar óxido en el exterior. YAKINIKU® recomienda limpiar el

superficies exteriores.
