wipe it clean and try again.

A wheel may be oﬀ the ground.

Re-position the vacuum-mop and start it.

The vacuum-mop may be caught or stuck.

Clear away any obstructions around it.

The vacuum-mop is tilted at startup. Move

the vacuum-mop to a level surface and

restart it. You can also reset the level of

vacuum-mop in the app, and then restart it.

Part of the vacuum-mop may be oﬀ the

ground, re-position the vacuum-mop and

then restart it. The cliﬀ sensors may be

dirty, wipe them clean and try again.

When there is an error occurred, you will hear a voice alert. Please refer to the corresponding voice message in the

table to ﬁnd your solution.
