Optionele functies inschakelen
In dit gedeelte worden de volgende onderwerpen behandeld:

U moet de volgende opties in elk printerstuurprogramma inschakelen voordat u ze kunt gebruiken:
• Duplexeenheid
• Invoerlade voor 250 vel
• RAM-schijf
• Extra geheugen

In dit gedeelte worden de volgende onderwerpen behandeld:

Optionele functies inschakelen voor een netwerkprinter
1. Ga naar de lijst met printers op uw computer:
• Voor Windows XP SP1 of hoger: klik op Start > Instellingen > Printers en faxapparaten.
• Voor Windows Vista: klik op Start > Configuratiescherm > Hardware en geluiden > Printers.
• Voor Windows Server 2003 of hoger: klik op Start > Instellingen > Printers.
• Windows 7: klik op Start > Apparaten en printers.
2. Klik in de lijst met printers met de rechtermuisknop op de WorkCentre 6505 PS-printer en
selecteer Eigenschappen.
3. Klik op het tabblad Configuratie en klik vervolgens op de knop Informatie verkrijgen van
de printer.
Het IP-adres van de printer moet in het gedeelte Netwerkadres worden weergegeven.
4. Klik op Toepassen.
5. U kunt controleren of de geïnstalleerde optionele functies zijn ingeschakeld: klik op het tabblad
Apparaatinstellingen en blader vervolgens omlaag naar het gedeelte Beschikbare componenten.
6. Klik op OK om het dialoogvenster Eigenschappen te sluiten.
