Faxberichtoptionen

Drei Faxberichte sind verfügbar: Aktivitätenbericht, Rundsende-/Mehrfachabrufbericht und

Übertragungsbericht. Mit dieser Option wird festgelegt, wie und wann die Berichte gedruckt

werden sollen.

• Aktivitätenbericht: Informationen über am Gerät abgewickelte Faxvorgänge:

• Auto. Ausgabe: Aktivitätenbericht wird automatisch gedruckt.

• Aus: Es wird kein Aktivitätenbericht ausgegeben.

• Rundsende-/Mehrfachabrufbericht: Ausgabe eines Berichts bei Rundsende- oder

Mehrfachabrufaktivität.

• Immer drucken: Nach jeder Rundsendung oder Mehrfachabrufübertragung wird ein

Bericht gedruckt.

• Bei Fehlern drucken: Ein Bericht wird nur bei Auftreten eines Fehlers gedruckt.

• Aus: Die Berichtausgabe ist deaktiviert.

• Übertragungs-/Rundsendebericht: Gibt an, ob die erste Seite des Faxdokuments im Bericht

enthalten sein soll:

• Verkleinertes Bild: Die erste Seite wird verkleinert in den Bericht eingefügt.

• Kein Bild: Die erste Seite wird nicht in den Bericht eingefügt.

• Übertragungsbericht: Informationen zum übertragenen Faxauftrag

• Immer drucken: Für jede Faxübertragung wird ein Bericht gedruckt.

• Bei Fehlern drucken: Ein Bericht wird nur bei Auftreten eines Fehlers gedruckt.

• Aus: Die Berichtausgabe ist deaktiviert.

• Mit Schließen zur vorigen Anzeige zurückkehren.

Optionale Betriebsarten

Diese Option dient zum Einrichten der optionalen Betriebsarten auf dem Gerät. Zum Aktivieren einer

Betriebsart “Ein” auswählen. Für einige Betriebsarten ist ein PIN-Code erforderlich. Dieser wird beim

Kauf der Betriebsart bereitgestellt. Folgende Betriebsarten sind verfügbar:

• Ausweiskopie

•Scannen

• Farbscannen

•E-Mail

•Internet-Fax

•Datenschutz

• Netzwerkkostenzählung

• Sofort überschreiben

•Serverfax

•Integriertes Fax

•Auftrag speichern

• Durchsuchbare Dateiformate

•Smart Card

Nach der Aktivierung muss die jeweilige Betriebsart möglicherweise mithilfe von Internet Services kon-

figuriert werden. Einzelheiten hierzu sind im System Administrator Guide (Systemhandbuch) zu finden.

Hinweis: Zur Aktivierung bestimmter Betriebsarten ist ein Neustart des Geräts erforderlich.
