Erweiterte Funktionen
Mit dieser Funktion kann der gesamte Funktionsumfang der Faxkarte zur Verbesserung von Übertra-
gungsgeschwindigkeit und Auflösung genutzt werden.
Hinweis: Bei Aktivierung dieser Option wird möglicherweise der Faxempfang von älteren Geräten
verhindert.
• Aus: Die Option ist deaktiviert.
• Ein: Die Option ist aktiviert.
Dateiverwaltung
Über die Dateiverwaltungsoptionen wird festgelegt, wie lange Faxdokumente auf dem Gerät
gespeichert bleiben. Außerdem ist unter “Dateiverwaltung” die Mailboxeinrichtung möglich.
Richtlinien, Mailboxen/Faxabruf
Mit dieser Option wird angegeben, wie lange empfangene bzw. in Mailboxen gespeicherte Dokumente
aufbewahrt werden, bevor sie gelöscht werden.
• In Mailbox eingegangene Dokumente: Richtlinie für Dokumente, die von Gegenstellen eingehen.
• Nach Ausgabe löschen: Dokumente werden nach dem Drucken gelöscht.
• 1-72 Std. aufbewahren: Dokumente werden nach dem angegebenen Zeitraum
(1 bis 72 Stunden) gelöscht.
• Ohne Zeitbeschr. aufbew.: Dokumente werden bis zur manuellen Löschung aufbewahrt.
Es wird zur Bestätigung aufgefordert, da sich bei dieser Option der Speicher schnell füllt.
• Faxabruf: Richtlinie für zum Abruf gespeicherte Dokumente.
• Nach Abruf löschen: Abgerufene Dokumente werden gelöscht.
