Proces-checklist
• Zorg dat de scanfunctie op uw apparaat is ingesteld. Zie Installatie en instellingen voor meer
informatie.
• Zorg dat de applicatie Xerox Easy Printer Manager is geïnstalleerd. Deze applicatie wordt met de
Xerox WC3215/3225-printerdriver meegeleverd. Easy Printer Manager is een gemakkelijke manier
om scaninstellingen te kiezen en apparaatfuncties te beheren.
• Na inschakeling van de scanfunctie en het configureren van uw scaninstellingen, kunt u na het
plaatsen van het origineel in de scanner of AOD, alle scanopdrachten vanaf uw computer of het
Xerox-apparaat starten.
• Als er een verificatie- of beveiligingsfunctie is ingeschakeld, hebt u mogelijk een account nodig
voordat u het apparaat kunt gebruiken. Neem voor meer informatie of als u een account wilt
verkrijgen, contact op met de systeembeheerder.
Opmerking: Sommige opties zijn mogelijk niet beschikbaar, afhankelijk van de
apparaatconfiguratie en de geselecteerde scantoepassingen en -bestemming.
Naar pc scannen inschakelen
1. Open de applicatie Xerox Easy Printer Manager op uw computer: Open het Start-menu, selecteer
Programma's of Alle programma's, selecteer Xerox-printers, selecteer Xerox Easy Printer Manager.
2. Bovenaan het Easy Printer Manager-venster selecteert u de toets Geavanceerde modus activeren.
3. Selecteer de toets Instellingen voor scannen naar pc bovenaan het venster. Het scherm
Instellingen voor scannen naar pc wordt nu weergegeven.
4. Selecteer Scannen vanaf paneel op apparaat inschakelen.
5. Selecteer de scantoepassingen die u voor het scannen naar het apparaat wilt gebruiken, in
Scaninstellingen:
• Afleveringskleur
•Resolutie
• Origineelformaat
6. Selecteer uw Bestandsinstellingen:
• Opslaan naar: waar op uw computer u wilt dat het gescande bestand wordt opgeslagen
• Bestandsindeling
• Acties na opslaan: kennisgeving wanneer het scannen is voltooid en andere opties.
7. Klik op het tabblad Afbeelding om verdere selecties in de toepassing voor Scaninstellingen te
maken.
8. Selecteer Opslaan onderaan het scherm om uw scan- en bestandsinstellingen op te slaan.
Opmerking: U kunt ook kiezen voor Standaard om het apparaat in te stellen op het gebruik van de
standaardinstellingen bij scannen.
Opmerking: Deze instellingen worden op het apparaat bevestigd wanneer u de fax vanaf het
bedieningspaneel verzendt.
