Op het Xerox-apparaat OF uw computer
• Selecteer het verbindingstype voor scannen: Lokale PC, Netwerk-PC of WSD (alleen Windows)
• Selecteer de scanbestemming
• Selecteer de toepassingen voor de scanopdracht
• Start de opdracht
• Zo nodig zet u de opdracht stop.
Scanmethoden
Het apparaat beschikt over de volgende methoden voor het scannen van een afbeelding via een lokale
verbinding:
• TWAIN: de communicatie tussen de computersoftware en het scanapparaat wordt geregeld door
TWAIN-drivers. Deze toepassing kan ook via een lokale verbinding of een netwerkverbinding in
verschillende besturingssystemen worden gebruikt. Zie Scannen met TWAIN.
• WIA (Windows Image Acquisition): Voor het gebruik van deze toepassing moet uw computer op
het apparaat zijn aangesloten via een USB-kabel en moet Windows Vista of Windows 7 worden
uitgevoerd. Zie Scannen met WIA-driver.
