Scannen naar lokale computer

Dit is een basisscanmethode voor apparaten die via USB zijn aangesloten.

1. Controleer of het apparaat via een USB-kabel op uw computer is aangesloten en is ingeschakeld.

2. Installeer de applicatie Xerox Easy Printer Manager.

Opmerking Voor het gebruik van de toepassing Scannen naar lokale computer is het belangrijk

dat u de installatie Aanbevolen selecteert wanneer u het Xerox Easy Printer Manager-programma

installeert.

3. Open de applicatie Xerox Easy Printer Manager. Selecteer Start > Programma's of Alle

programma's > Xerox-printers > Xerox Easy Printer Manager en selecteer Easy Printer

Manager.

4. Selecteer de knop Overschakelen op de geavanceerde modus bovenaan het venster.

5. Selecteer zo nodig uw apparaat in de Lijst met printers.

6. Selecteer de knop Instellingen voor scannen naar PC. Het scherm Instellingen voor scannen

naar PC wordt weergegeven.

7. Selecteer Scannen vanaf paneel op apparaat inschakelen.

8. Selecteer de benodigde instelling bij Scaninstellingen:

• Afleveringskleur

•Resolutie

• Origineelformaat

9. Selecteer de benodigde instellingen bij Bestandsinstellingen:

•Opslaan in

• Bestandsindeling

•OCR-taal

• Oorspronkelijke afbeelding na tekstherkenning verwijderen

10. Selecteer de gewenste optie in het gedeelte Acties na opslaan:

• Waarschuwen bij voltooiing

• Openen met standaardtoepassing

•E-mail

•Geen

11. Selecteer Opslaan.
