Configureren van Scannen naar pc
Dit hoofdstuk biedt uitleg over het configureren van Scannen naar netwerk en Scannen naar lokale pc.
Overzicht
Met de toepassing Scannen naar netwerk-pc kunt u scannen vanaf uw apparaat naar een computer,
via het netwerk. Met de toepassing Scannen naar lokale computer scant u vanaf uw apparaat naar een
computer die is aangesloten met een USB-kabel.
Informatiechecklist
Zorg dat de applicatie Xerox Easy Printer Manager is geïnstalleerd.
Opmerking Het Xerox Easy Printer Manager-programma kan alleen in het Windows-systeem
worden gebruikt.
Via de Xerox Easy Printer Manager kunt u scaninstellingen wijzigen en de mappen waar gescande
documenten op uw computer worden opgeslagen, toevoegen of verwijderen.
Opmerking Voor het gebruik van de toepassing Scannen naar lokale computer is het belangrijk
dat u de installatieoptie Aanbevolen selecteert wanneer u het Xerox Easy Printer Manager-
programma installeert.
Scannen naar netwerkcomputer
1. Open de applicatie Xerox Easy Printer Manager. Selecteer Start, Programma's of Alle
programma's, Xerox-printers, Xerox Easy Printer Manager en selecteer Easy Printer Manager.
2. Selecteer de knop Overschakelen op de geavanceerde modus bovenaan het venster.
3. Selecteer uw apparaat in de Lijst met printers en voeg deze zo nodig toe.
4. Selecteer de knop Instellingen voor scannen naar PC. Het scherm Instellingen voor scannen
naar PC wordt weergegeven.
5. Selecteer Scannen vanaf paneel op apparaat inschakelen.
6. Selecteer de benodigde instelling bij Scaninstellingen:
• Afleveringskleur
•Resolutie
• Origineelformaat
7. Selecteer de benodigde instellingen bij Bestandsinstellingen:
•Opslaan in
• Bestandsindeling
•OCR-taal
• Oorspronkelijke afbeelding na tekstherkenning verwijderen
