Pulite il termometro ﬁn dal primo

utilizzo con acqua e detersivo per i

piatti. Dopo ogni utilizzo, pulite il

termometro sotto acqua corrente

con del detersivo. In caso di pulizia

immediatamente dopo l‘uso, il dis-

play può appannarsi.

L‘appannamento scompare tuttavia

dopo breve tempo.

Avvertenze di sicurezza

• Tenete le pellicole d‘imballaggio

lontano da neonati e bambini

piccoli. Sussiste pericolo di soffo-

camento.

Rare - croccante fuori, cruda dentro

Medium - al centro ancora morbida

e rosa

Well-done - ben cotta.

Il grado di cottura desiderato è rag-

giunto quando la lancetta si trova sul

relativo settore evidenziato. Per una

visualizzazione afﬁdabile, conﬁccate

lateralmente il puntale nella carne

per ca. 4 cm (almeno 2/3 della lung-

hezza). Per pezzi più grandi potete

inﬁlare il termometro anche da

sopra. Avrete un corretto risultato

di misurazione solo dopo 20 secondi.

Potete lasciare il termo metro anche

tutto il tempo nella carne e control-

lare la cottura.
