encapsulated with quality steel giving excellent
cooking and frying results. Suitable for all types
of cooker, including induction hobs.

resistant quality glass for visual cooking.

care thoroughly before first use.
Instructions for use
• Beforerstuseremoveanystickers,washinhot
water and dry thoroughly.
• Usethehighestsettingonlytoheatup,turn
down the heat in good time and finish cooking
the food at moderate heat.
• Usethelowestsettingespeciallywhencooking
with little water and frying with little fat.
• Pansandlidswithoutplasticpartsarealso
suitable for the oven. Please use oven gloves as
the handles can get hot in the oven.
Care and Safety instructions
• Thebestcookingresultsareachievedatmedium
or low temperatures. However, should high
temperatures be necessary for frying, heat up
the pan quickly for two or three minutes before
reducing the heat.
• Neverheatupthecookwarewhenemptyand
ensure that the liquid in the food does not
completely evaporate. If this is ignored the food
may burn or damage the cookware, or cause
damage to the hob.
• Afteruserinseinhotwaterassoonaspossible.
• Soakresiduefoodandremovewithaspongeor
brush. (We recommend Scotch Brite cleaning
sponge “Kratzt nicht 3M”).
