Staccare la spina e far raffreddare l’apparecchio.
Lavare la piastra in ghisa reversibile in acqua tiepida con detersivo e una spazzola.
Non usare detergenti abrasivi, spugne di metallo o detersivo per forno.
Padelline e spatole si possono lavare in lavastoviglie.
Non immergere mai l’apparecchio base in acqua o lavarlo con acqua. Pulirlo
semplicemente con un panno umido e un po’ di detersivo e asciugarlo.

Raclette classica
600 g di formaggio raclette
8 grosse patate bollite
Cetriolini
Cipolline
Tagliare il formaggio in fette spesse 5 mm e fonderlo porzione per porzione nelle
padelline nell’apparecchio.
Le porzioni di formaggio fuso si mangiano insieme alle patate sbucciate a tavola,
i cetriolini e le cipolline. Cospargere il formaggio di pepe macinato al momento.
Raclette Hawaii
6 fette di mini ananas
300 g di formaggio raclette
150 g di funghi champignons
400 g di scaloppine di tacchino
1,5 cucchiai di olio d’oliva
2 cucchiai di salsa di soia
1 cucchiai di curry
Tagliare le scaloppine in striscioline sottili. Lasciar marinare le striscioline di
tacchino in olio d’oliva, salsa di soia e curry e poi grigliarle sulla piastre in ghisa
reversibile.
Tagliare l’ananas e i champignon a pezzettini e metterli nella padellina fondendoli
insieme al formaggio nell’apparecchio per raclette
