1. Hav ægget/æggene i målebægeret, og tilsæt nok vand til at give: -
Brødstørrelse 1 kg. 1,5 kg.
Væske op til 380 ml. 500 ml.
2. Når cyklussen er afsluttet, hældes dejen ud på en melstrøget overflade. Hæld
forsigtigt dejen ud, del den i lige dele, og form delene i hånden.
3. Efter formning skal du lade dejen hvile og derefter bage den i den almindelige ovn.
