VITELA ASSADA
PARA 4-6 PESSOAS
FUNÇÃO: AQUECIMENTO RÁPIDO, CONVECÇÃO +
MICROONDAS
TEMPO: 10 MINUTOS
TEMPO DE COZEDURA: 55-60 MINUTOS
INGREDIENTES
Aprox. 1 kg de lombo de vitela
s/ osso e enrolado
sal, pimenta
250 g de cogumelos botão
250 g de chalotas, cortadas
2-3 colheres de sopa de manteiga
PARA O MOLHO:
200 ml (2 dl) de natas com elevado teor de
gordura
ou crème fraiche
4 colheres de sopa de vinho branco
cebolinho ou salsa cortados
sal, pimenta
Aqueça previamente o forno na função de Aquecimento 1.
rápido até aos 175°C.
Tempere a carne com sal e pimenta e coloque-a num 2.
recipiente adequado para fornos microondas, untado.
Disponha os legumes em redor da carne.
Salpique com fl ocos de manteiga. 3.
Coloque o recipiente na grelha metálica inferior.4.
Cozinhe na função Convecção a 175°C e depois na função 5.
Microondas a 160 W durante 55-60 minutos. A meio do
processo vire a carne e mexa os legumes. A carne estará
média quando a temperatura no centro for de 68-70°C e
bem passada se alcançar os 75°C.
Tape o assado com papel de alumínio enquanto prepara o molho.6.
Num recipiente adequado para molhos misture o suco da carne, 7.
as natas e o vinho branco. Coza até ferver e posteriormente deixe
ferver em lume brando durante alguns minutos até o molho fi car
mais espesso. Adicione cebolinho ou salsa e tempere.
Corte a carne e sirva em conjunto com os legumes, as 8.
batatas e outros legumes cozidos.
GRATINADO
DE BATATAS
PARA 4-6 PESSOAS
FUNÇÃO: CONVECÇÃO + MICROONDAS
TEMPO: 12-15 MINUTOS
TEMPO DE COZEDURA: 28-30 MINUTOS
INGREDIENTES
1-1,5 kg de batatas
1 dente de alho, triturado
sal, pimenta
tomilho
150 g de queijo (Cheddar), ralado em pedaços
grossos (4-5 dl)
150 ml de leite (1 1/2 dl)
200 ml de natas com baixo teor de gordura (2 dl)
Descasque as batatas e corte-as em fatias fi nas.1.
Coloque metade das fatias na base de um recipiente 2.
adequado para fornos microondas ligeiramente untado.
Polvilhe com sal, pimenta, alho e tomilho.
Cubra com metade do queijo.3.
Adicione o resto das batatas, tempere com sal, pimenta e 4.
tomilho e polvilhe o resto do queijo sobre o topo.
Misture o leite com as natas e deite sobre as batatas.5.
Coloque o recipiente na grelha metálica inferior e cozinhe 6.
na função Convecção a 190-200°C + microondas a 350 W
durante 28-30 minutos.
