TORTILLA
DE PATATAS
PARA 4 PERSONAS
FUNCIÓN: CRISP
TIEMPO: 10 MIN.
DURACIÓN DE LA COCCIÓN:
15-18 MIN. PARA PLATO CRISP MEDIANO O GRANDE
12-14 MIN. PARA PLATO CRISP PEQUEÑO
Precaliente el plato CRISP con una cucharada de aceite 1.
durante 2½-3 minutos.
Coloque las patatas en dados en el plato CRISP y caliéntelas 2.
en Función CRISP durante 6-8 minutos.
Mezcle la cebolla y cuézala durante 4-5 minutos más en 3.
Función CRISP. Mézclelo una vez durante la cocción.
Mientras tanto, bata los huevos junto con la leche en un 4.
recipiente para batir, añada la sal y la pimienta.
Vierta la mezcla de huevo sobre las patatas en el plato CRISP 5.
y caliéntelos durante 2-3 minutos en Función CRISP.
Sírvalo caliente o frío, acompañado de una ensalada.6.
Para darle un toque especial:
Si prefi ere una tortilla bien dorada, caliente durante
3-4 minutos más en el grill.

Patatas congeladas
en dados 250 g 150 g
Aceite 15 ml 15 ml

Cebolla picada 1 mediana 1 pequeña
Huevos 4 3
Leche 30 ml 30 ml
(2 cucharadas) (2 cucharadas)
Sal, pimienta
QUICHE DE SALMÓN
Y VERDURAS
Tome dos trozos de papel de hornear. En uno, ponga los 1.
trozos de salmón y, encima, los tomates cortados en rodajas;
espolvoree las hierbas.
En el otro, coloque las endivias cortadas a lo largo y 2.
espolvoree con sal y hierbas. Doble los papeles con su relleno
creando dos paquetes y colóquelos en el plato CRISP.
Caliéntelos con la función CRISP durante 8 minutos. Quítelos 3.
de el plato CRISP y deje que éste se enfríe.
Bata los huevos junto con la leche, el perejil picado, el 4.
aceite y la sal.
Extienda el hojaldre con su papel sobre el plato CRISP y 5.
pinche la pasta.
Coloque el salmón ahumado, los tomates y las endivias 6.
sobre el hojaldre junto con el queso cortado en dados.
Vierta por encima la mezcla de huevo y caliente con la Función 7.
CRISP siguiendo el tiempo de cocción recomendado.
