VIS IN ZOUTKORST
Ingrediënten voor 4 portiesIngrediënten voor 4 porties
Bereiden van de zoutkorst:
Meng de bloem, het zout, het water en alle zeer
jngehakte kruiden door elkaar tot u een glad deeg
heeft.
Maak de vis schoon, verwijder het vel, dep hem goed
droog en fi leer hem. Maak een laag van het zoutdeeg,
leg de vis erop, bestrijk de randen met het geklopte
ei en dek af met nog een laag zoutdeeg van ½ cm;
probeer de vorm van de vis te behouden. Bestrijk met
het losgeklopt ei en zet in de oven.
Kies uit het menu “RECEPTEN” de categorie “VIS” en
daarna het recept “VIS IN ZOUTKORST” en bevestig
uw keuze.
