Schlagen Sie Zucker, Vanillin und Eier (nicht aus dem
Kühlschrank) zusammen cremig. Geben Sie die weiche Butter
hinzu.
Sieben Sie das Mehl und fügen Sie das Backpulver hinzu.
Geben Sie Mehl und Milch abwechselnd dazu und rühren Sie,
bis der Teig schwer reißend vom Löffel fällt. Buttern und
mehlen Sie eine Kranzform und geben Sie die Hälfte des
Teiges hinein.
Geben Sie den gesiebten Kakao zum restlichen Teig.
Geben Sie die zweite Hälfte des Teiges in die Kuchenform und
ziehen Sie eine Gabel spiralförmig durch den Teig, damit ein
Muster entsteht.
Wählen Sie im Menü „REZEPTE“ die Kategorie „DESSERT“ und
anschließend das Rezept „MARMORKUCHEN“ und bestätigen
Sie.
