Preparate il cosciotto eliminando il grasso in eccesso.
Tagliate l’aglio a pezzetti e con questi steccate la
carne. Salate e pepate a piacere.
Mettete la carne direttamente sulla leccarda foderata
con un foglio di carta da forno.
Posizionate la leccarda al terzo livello.
Selezionate dal menu “RICETTE” la categoria “CARNE”
ed infi ne la ricetta “COSCIOTTO DI AGNELLO” e
confermate.

Suggerimenti e varianti:
Dopo la cottura lasciate riposare la carne
per almeno dieci minuti coperta con un foglio di
carta stagnola per permettere una distribuzione
più omogenea dei succhi rimasti all’interno.
Il cosciotto può essere disossato togliendo
la prima parte dell’osso.
Dopo la cottura è possibile spennellare il
cosciotto con senape e lasciarlo riposare ancora
per alcuni minuti nel forno spento ancora caldo.
