RECETAS PROBADAS según las normas IEC 50304/60350:2009-03 y DIN 3360-12:07:07
La tabla de cocción indica cuáles son las funciones y las temperaturas más adecuadas para obtener
óptimos resultados al utilizar las recetas. Si desea efectuar una cocción por convección en un solo nivel,
utilice el tercer nivel y la temperatura recomendada para “AIRE FORZADO” en varios niveles.
Las indicaciones de la tabla no consideran el uso de las guías correderas. Realizar las pruebas sin las
guías correderas.
** Cuando cocine los alimentos a la parrilla, deje 3 ó 4 cm libres a partir del borde frontal de la parrilla para
poder extraerla con facilidad.
