SAUMON AUX HERBES
Coupez le fi let en 4 ou 5 morceaux. Huilez un plat
avec la moitié de l’huile d’olive et déposez le saumon
préalablement enduit de sel et de poivre de façon
homogène.
Hachez ensemble le pain, le basilique, le thym et l’ail,
et distribuez généreusement cette chapelure sur le
saumon.
