Ingrédients pour 3 à 6 personnesIngrédients pour 3 à 6 personnes
Nettoyez et écaillez le poisson. Filetez les daurades et
éliminez les arêtes internes des fi lets.
Huilez un plat avec l’huile d’olive, disposez les fi lets
de poisson, salez et poivrez.
Coupez les tomates en quatre et disposez les morceaux
sur le poisson. Ajoutez les olives, le basilique et l’ail
hachés.
Salez légèrement. Mouillez avec le vin blanc, puis avec
un fi let d’huile d’olive.
Enfournez.
Sélectionnez dans le menu « RECETTES » la catégorie
« POISSONS », puis la recette « DORADE MÉD. » et
validez votre sélection.
