7. Verstuiverlijn met snelsluitventiel

Olietoevoersysteem
De olie loopt van de pomp naar de warmtewisselaar in de
verstuiverlijn. Bij de stroming over het grote
warmtewisselvlak wordt de stookolie opgewarmd en komt
aan het snelsluitventiel, dat opent bij een druk van min. 6
bar. De olie stroomt door de filter naar de verstuiver en
wordt verstoven. Lekolie (max. 0,1 ml/schakeling) ontstaat
door speling van de zuiger in het zuigerhuis en wordt via
de lekolieleiding drukloos naar de zuigzijde van de pomp
afgeleid.
Richtlijnen voor de service:
■
Uitbouwen van de verstuiverlijn.
– Brander afnemen en op de ophanging zetten.
– Vlambuis met houder (bajonet) afnemen.
– Schroef M4 uit geleidingsbuis uitnemen.
– Koppelingen van de olieleiding losmaken.
– Elektrische stekkerverbindingen aan de aansluitcon-
sole lostrekken.
– Verstuiverlijn langs achter uittrekken.
