Combinerlesucre,leseletlelaitdansunecasserole.Couvrezetlaissezcuireàfeumoyenen
tournantdetempsentempsjusqu’àl'ébullition.Ensuite,baissezlefeuauminimum.

assedelaitchauddanslesœufsbattusenmélangeant.Ajoutez
lesœufsaumélangechaud.Cuisezàfeubastout entournantjusqu’àceque lemélangeai
légèrement épaissi, environ 23 minutes. Retirez du feu et laissez refroidir tout en
mélangeantavecunfouetenfilmétallique.
Versezdanslebacàco
ngeleretcongelez.
Variantes: Ajoutez les ingrédients souhaités à la crème glacée pendant les 5 dernières
minutes duprocessusde congélation.Ajoutezune ½tassedel’undesingrédientssuivants:
écailles de chocolat, chocolat en miettes macarons, m& m’s, bonbons à la menthe broyés,
