During operation and before starting a new
job, ensure that all screws and nuts are
tightened correctly and securely.
1. Adjust the mounting bars (7) to roughly the
width of the mitre saw base.
2. Place the mitre saw on the mounting bars (7)
and line up the holes in the mitre saw base with
the slots on the mounting bars (7).
3. Feed a bolt through the bottom of the mounting
bar (7) then through the base of the mitre saw.

the bolt and fasten it with a nut.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the other four holes on
the mitre saw base.
Attaching other types of machines that do not fit
the standard mounting bars
Do not mount a table saw on this miter saw
stand. Aggressive feeding of sheet
materials into the table saw could cause
the stand to tip over.
To mount different machine types (that do not fit
onto the mitre saw mounting bars), VONROC offers
MS807AA universal machine supports. To mount
these universal machine supports:
1. Connect the universal machine supports to the
mounting bars (7) and secure them with 4 hex-
agonal screws, 4 washers, 4 spring washers and
4 hexagonal nuts as supplied with the MS807AA
universal machine supports.
2. Place your tabletop machine onto the universal
machine supports.
3. Fasten the tabletop machine with 4 hexagonal
screws, 4 washers, 4 spring washers and 4 hex-
agonal nuts as supplied with the Mitre saw stand.
4. Tighten the screws after assembly.
5. Fasten the mounting bars (7) with the mounted
tabletop machine on the mitre saw stand, as
described in ‘Attaching A Mitre Saw’
Visit www.vonroc.com or contact Vonroc customer
service to acquire the MS807AA universal machine
supports.
4. OPERATION
Do not use the mitre saw stand until it is
completely assembled and you have read
and understood this entire manual and the
manual of the tool being used with this
mitre saw stand.
Do not use the mitre saw stand for
scaffolding or as a ladder. Make sure to
securely tighten all fasteners before use.
Maximum capacity is 150kg. Power tools
on the mitre saw stand should not exceed a
combined overall height of 150cm from the
floor.

1. Turn the extension arm knob (6) on the frame
counter-clockwise to loosen it.
2. Pull the extension arm (4) out to the desired
length. Note: The maximum extension length
is indicated on the extension arm (4). Do not
extend further than the maximum length.

to tighten it and secure the roller (1) into place.
Using The end stop (Fig. B, F)
The mitre saw stand features end stops (5) which
allow repetitive cuts to be made quickly and accu-
rately.
1. Adjust the height of the workpiece support (2)
so that the lip of the end stop (5) is in line with
the work surface of the mitre saw.
2. Adjust the extension arms (4) to the desired
cutting length.
3. Place the end of the workpiece against the end
