122 | Nachrichten austauschen und Outlook verwenden
Tipp Wenn Sie Anlagen statt im Gerät auf einer Speicherkarte speichern möchten,
tippen Sie auf Menü > Extras > Optionen > Registerkarte Speicher und
wählen Sie die Option Anlagen auf Speicherkarte speichern.
Nachrichten herunterladen
Die Art und Weise, wie Sie Nachrichten herunterladen, hängt von der Art
des Kontos ab, das Sie besitzen:
• Um E-Mails von einem Outlook E-Mail-Konto zu senden und zu
empfangen, beginnen Sie die Synchronisierung mit ActiveSync.
Weitere Informationen finden Sie unter “Outlook-Information
synchronisieren” in Kapitel 4.
• Wenn Sie E-Mail-Nachrichten für ein E-Mail-Konto eines ISP oder
eines Kontos, auf das Sie über eine VPN-Server-Verbindung
(normalerweise ein Konto bei der Arbeit) zugreifen können,
senden und empfangen möchten, laden Sie Nachrichten über
einen entfernten E-Mail-Server herunter. Weitere Informationen
finden Sie unter “So laden Sie Nachrichten vom Server herunter”.
• Textnachrichten werden automatisch empfangen wenn Ihr
Telefon eingeschaltet ist. Wenn Ihr Telefon ausgeschaltet ist (im
Flugmodus), werden die Nachrichten von Ihrem Dienstanbieter
aufbewahrt, bis Ihr Telefon zum nächsten Mal eingeschaltet wird.
So laden Sie Nachrichten vom Server herunter
Wenn Sie E-Mail-Nachrichten für ein E-Mail-Konto eines ISP oder eines
Kontos, auf das Sie über eine VPN-Server-Verbindung (normalerweise ein
Konto bei der Arbeit) zugreifen können, senden und empfangen möchten,
müssen Sie erst eine Verbindung zum Internet oder zum Firmennetzwerk
herstellen, je nachdem, um welche Art von Konto es sich handelt.
1. Tippen Sie auf Menü > Konto wechseln und tippen Sie auf das
Konto, das Sie verwenden möchten.
2. Tippen Sie auf Menü > Senden/Empfangen. Die Nachrichten in
Ihrem Gerät und dem E-Mail-Server werden dann synchronisiert:
Neue Nachrichten werden zum Posteingangsorder des Geräts
heruntergeladen, Nachrichten im Postausgangsordner werden
abgesendet und Nachrichten, die im Server gelöscht wurden, werden
aus dem Posteingangsordner entfernt.
