One Net Service Portal for administrators
What is One Net Service Portal for administrators?
One Net Service Portal is a self-care web portal that lets you set up and manage your One Net service.
With One Net Service Portal, you're in control of making changes to your organisation's One Net service. You
can make changes as and when they're required, from setting up an auto-attendant to assigning alternative
phone numbers to a user.
As an administrator, you are responsible for managing users and services.
Managing users includes:
l Setting up services for users, such as assigning alternative numbers
l Helping users with their call services and settings
Changing settings for users with fixed and mobile numbers
Flex and Combi users have separate profiles for their fixed and mobile numbers. You can change the
settings for both profiles in One Net Service Portal but you must keep a user's settings consistent. For
example, both profiles should use the same name in phone books and the same number for forwarding
calls. You should only edit settings as described in this guide.
Managing services includes:
l Creating groups for users, such as pickup and park call groups
l Setting up site services such as call centres, on-hold music and auto-attendants
l Creating time and holiday schedules, such as business hours and shift patterns, for user and site services
that depend on days and times
