Collocare Vitamix in un luogo orizzontale e asciutto. Assicurarsi che
l’alimentazione sia spenta e successivamente inserire la spina nella
presa. Si consiglia di usare una presa che abbia connettore di terra.
Il cavo elettrico è provvisto di spina tripolare o spina con messa a
terra. Tale design è per garantire la sicurezza tramite il collegamento
a terra. Questa spina può essere inserita in una presa tripolare
standard.
Se non si ha una presa tripolare, è possibile inserire il cavo elettrico
in una classica presa bipolare utilizzando un adattatore.
Se non si ha la certezza che i collegamenti elettrici della presa siano collegati a terra, si consiglia di
consultare un elettricista. Quando si collega la macchina a una presa bipolare, assicurarsi in primo
luogo che tale presa sia correttamente cablata e successivamente collegarla alla vite di messa a terra
della presa.
Una volta correttamente collegato Vitamix, prepararsi al suo utilizzo seguendo le istruzioni
“Manutenzione e pulizia” a pagina 63.
PREPARAZIONE ALL’USO
1. Interruttore di accensione/spegnimento: spingere verso l’alto per accendere (|). Spingere verso il basso per spegnere (O).
2. Interruttore di velocità Alta/Variabile: Alta

è la maggiore velocità disponibile. Passare a Variabile ( ) per attivare la velocità
variabile. Assicurarsi sempre che l’interruttore di velocità Alta/Variabile sia impostato su Variabile ( ) prima di alzare l’interruttore
di accensione/spegnimento in posizione Acceso (|). Non avviare la macchina a velocità Alta
( )

3. Selettore di velocità variabile: seleziona diverse impostazioni di velocità. È attivo solo quando l’interruttore di velocità Alta/Variabile
è impostato sulla posizione Variabile ( ).
