Attach the rubber bands (H) and set the desired height with the locking screw (B)
(see paragraph “Attaching the rubber bands/adjusting the height”).
Assembly
1. Fold the front bars (C) of the frame apart so that they are both pointing straight up.
2. Insert the safety pins (F) from the inside through the holes provided in the front bars.
Attaching the rubber bands/adjusting the height
If the rubber bands are not been attached upon delivery, you must attach them before
your rst workout:
1. Loosen the hexagon socket screw (G) along with the bracket from the front bar (C).
2. Attach the rubber band (H) to the bracket and use the hexagon socket screw to screw
both of them back onto the front bar.
3. Screw the locking screw (B) off of the rear bar (I) and loos-
en the counterpart (J).
4. Place the rubber band on the counterpart and use the locking screw to screw both of
them back into place.
You can use the locking screw to set the frame to the desired height for your
workout. To do so, screw the locking screw off and use the rubber band to loosen
the counterpart.
The device has three height settings (1. low, 2. medium, 3. high):

Select the desired height for your workout on the frame and screw the locking
screw back in place.
Before your workout
ATTENTION!
Never workout on a full stomach. Do not eat at least one hour before and after your
workout.
Risk of injury! Do not workout if you already tired and exhausted.
Always perform warm-up exercises before beginning your workout (see below) in
order to minimise the risk of injury.
Please keep in mind that the goal is not to perform a few exercises in a hurry, but
to work out regularly over the long term. Thus, the workout will be able to greatly
bene t your health.
